Albay Police Provincial Office Nag-Turn Over Ceremony Para sa Manito MPS Asin Rapu-Rapu MPS

Isinagibo an pinagsarong Turn Over and Installation Ceremony kan Albay Police Provincial Office (Albay PPO) sa Manito Municipal Police Station (MPS) para sa mga bagong OIC kan Munisipyo kan Manito asin Rapu-Rapu kan Pebrero 3, 2022.

 An nasabing seremonya pinangenotanan ni PCOL Byron T. Tabernilla, Acting Provincial Director kan Albay PPO, para kay PCPT Allan C. Palor asin PLT Ma. Dianne DV. Almonte. Presente sa nasabing seremonya sinda Manito Municipal Mayor Joshua Mari C. Daep asin Mr. Ramon Eugene C Daen, Chairman kan Manito Municipal Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (MAGPTD) asin mga miyembro kan PNP asin NUP (Non-Uniformed Personnel).

 Nakisumaro man sa nasabing seremonya an nagkapirang opisyal na sinda PLTCOL Edgar C. Clerigo, Chief kan PARMU Albay PPO, asin PLT Salven G. Quinalayo, Deputy COP kan Manito MPS.

 An dating opisina ni Palor sa Manito saiya nang ipinag-turn over kay Almonte, siring man si Almonte para iasumer an puwesto ni Palor sa Rapu-Rapu.

 Sa Provincial Director's address ni PCOL Tabernilla, saiyang naunambitanan asin tinawanan duon an saiyang paghikayat sa mga kapulisan na isagibo asin sunudon an apat (4) na importanteng puntos tanganing saindang magampanan nin tanos an saindang sinumpaang katungdan lalo na ngunyan na nasasangkot an mga kapulisan sa mga isyu asin kriminalidad.

 Ipinaliwanag ni PCOL Tabernilla an 4 na puntos. Iyo an mga minasunod:

 1. Mamuhay base sa kakayahan. 

2. Dai ipagkumpara an sadiri sa iba. 

3. Magpangadye asin ikaag an Diyos sa sentro kan satuyang buhay.

4. Umiwas sa mga bisyo.

 Nasabi man ni PCOL Tabernilla na sa pag asumer puwesto ni PLT Almonte nagpapatunay na an kababaihan saro sa mga epektibong opisyales kan PNP.

The Albay Police Provincial Office (Albay PPO) led the joint turn over and installation ceremony for the Officer-in-Charge (OIC) in the Municipalities of Manito and Rapu-Rapu at the Manito Municipal Police Station (Manito MPS) last February 3, 2022.

 PCOL Byron T. Tabernilla, Acting Provincial Director of the Albay PPO administered the ceremony for PCPT Raffy Allan C. Palor and PLT Ma. Dianne DV. Almonte in the presence of Manito Municipal Mayor Joshua Mari C. Daep and Manito Municipal Advisory Group for Police Transformation and Development (MAGPTD) Chairman Mr. Ramon Eugene C. Daen and other staff and members of the Police and Non-Uniformed Personnel (NUP).

 Other officers who participated in the ceremony were Police LTCOL Edgar C. Clerigo Chief, PARMU Albay PPO and PLT Salven G. Quinalayo Deputy COP of the Manito MPS.

 Palor’s current office as Manito MPS OIC was turned-over to Almonte whose OIC office at Rapu-Rapu shall also be assumed by the former.

 In his Provincial Director’s address during the ceremony, PCOL Tabernilla urged the members of the Philippine National Police (PNP) to observe four important points in order to promote the sworn duties of police officers, especially in light of recent events that highlight some misdeeds of a few men in uniform.

 These four points, as explained by PCol Tabernilla are:

 1.  Live within your means.

2.  Do not compare yourself with others.

3.  Pray and put God at the center of your lives.

4.  Avoid vices.

 PCOL Tabernilla also noted that PLT Almonte’s assumption of office shows that women are effective officers in the PNP.
